Short answer: from 1,500 PLN to over 15,000 PLN. The long answer is more interesting, because behind these amounts there are completely different products. Below I show what you get in each price range and where I fit in all of this.
Price ranges on the market

Prices go up every year, roughly in line with inflation. There is no point comparing quotes from 2023 with what you get today.
What really affects the price
The number of people on set. A second operator is not just a second person at the wedding, it is a second day of editing. That is why the difference between one and two operators in a quote is bigger than it looks at first glance.
Editing time. This is the part you do not see. A wedding day means 12-14 hours of footage. Selection, editing, colour, sound – for an auteur film that is dozens of hours of work per wedding. A videographer who delivers the film after two weeks and shoots 60 weddings a year simply does not have the time to do this work.
Film length. Paradoxically, a shorter film is more expensive to produce than a longer one. Choosing 8 minutes out of 14 hours takes more decisions than keeping 40 minutes.
Drone, outdoor session, social media reel. Every element adds time on set or in the editing room.
The date. A Saturday in June and a Saturday in November mean different availability, and sometimes a different price.
How much a film costs with me
My packages for 2026/2027 start at 6,000 PLN and go up to 12,000 PLN. They differ in the length of the film: about 8 minutes, about 15 minutes or up to 25 minutes. Each package includes:
- the film in the length you choose,
- a highlight film of about 2 minutes,
- a 15-second reel for social media,
- all the raw footage from the day,
- coverage until about midnight.
I film alone. Not because I have no one to work with, but because one person on set draws less attention, and after an hour the couple forgets I have a camera. Abroad and at larger weddings I work with a second operator.
You wait up to 7 months for your film. This deadline is in the contract and it comes from what I wrote above about editing: if it is going to be a film and not just a recording of a wedding, it needs time.
For the sound in my films I won 4th place in the world in the WEVSY competition. I mention it because sound is what separates a film you watch once from a film you keep coming back to.
How to compare offers
Before you compare prices, compare these three things:
- How many operators are included in the price and whether you really need a second one.
- Whether you get the raw footage and whether it costs extra.
- When you will get your film and how many weddings per season this videographer shoots.
Two offers for 6,000 PLN can mean completely different films. An offer for 4,000 PLN and another for 8,000 PLN can mean the same one.
