Lot Trzmiela Films is a wedding videography studio based in Poznań, Poland. Since 2019 we have been filming weddings across the whole country, and we travel to weddings abroad. We work in English and Polish, which makes us a natural choice for international couples and for Polish-foreign weddings.

Wedding films for international couples

A wedding with two nationalities is two stories told at once. Two families, two languages, often two sets of traditions in one day. We make sure both sides are in the film: the toast from the bride’s grandmother in Polish and the best man’s speech in English, the Polish “sto lat” and the first dance to a song from home. Nobody watching the film later should feel left out.

We speak English on the wedding day and throughout the planning, so the couple, their families and the planner can talk to us directly.

Why couples choose Poland for their wedding

Poland has become a serious destination for international weddings. Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań are well connected by direct flights from the UK, Ireland, Germany, Scandinavia and the USA. Outside the cities there are palaces, manor houses and modern venues set in parks and forests, and the cost of a full wedding is usually lower than in Italy, France or the UK for the same level of service.

For couples where one partner has Polish roots, a wedding in Poland is also a way to bring the family together in one place.

Where we film

Our home base is Poznań and the Greater Poland region, but we film all over Poland: Warsaw and Mazovia, Kraków and Lesser Poland, Wrocław and Lower Silesia, the Pieniny and Tatra mountains, the Baltic coast. We also take on weddings abroad on request. Travel costs are always agreed in advance, so there are no surprises.

Karolina + Pablo, a Polish-Spanish wedding at Rańczo w Dolinie

Karolina is from Poland, Pablo from Spain. Their wedding brought both families to a ranch set in a valley, with a ceremony and party in two languages. This is the full nine-minute film of the day.

How we work with couples from abroad

• First call. A video call in English to talk about your day, your venue and what you want the film to feel like.
• Planning. We go through the timeline with you and your planner, and we check locations, light and sound in advance.
• Wedding day. Full-day coverage from preparations to the party. Drone footage where the venue and local rules allow it. A second camera operator is available for bigger weddings or ceremonies in two locations.
• Delivery. A short teaser to share with friends and family, and the full wedding film delivered online in the quality you need. Delivery times are agreed in the contract.

Pricing

Every wedding is quoted individually. The price depends on the location, the number of days, whether you need a second operator or a drone, and the travel involved. International weddings in Poland range from intimate ceremonies for twenty guests to three-day celebrations with two hundred, so one price list would not be honest. Send us your date and venue and you will get a clear quote.

Frequently asked questions

Do you speak English?

Yes. All communication, from the first call to the final delivery, can be in English. On the wedding day we talk to guests in English or Polish, whichever they prefer.

Can you film a bilingual ceremony?

Yes. We record the ceremony and speeches in full, in both languages, so nothing is lost in the final film.

Do you travel outside Poland?

Yes, on request. We agree travel and accommodation costs before signing the contract.

How far in advance should we book?

Most international couples book 9 to 15 months ahead, especially for Saturdays between May and September. If your date is closer, write to us anyway, we may still be available.

How do we receive the film?

Online, through a private link you can download and share with your family in both countries. Physical copies are available on request.
